Did you make it to the LEGO® KidFest when it was in town? We did and it was so much fun if not a bit overwhelming. As part of the event, we were asked by Bissell if I’d like to try out the Bissell Perfect Sweep Turbo. Duh, of course! But then I started to think….. Did I really need another gadget? Would it just end up like others and end up sitting around and not being used. I’m going to be really honest. I considered just taking it and then selling it.
Then it was delivered and my son, who is seven, and lover all things that come from a delivery person (as does his Mom, if truth be told) tore into it. And he fell in love. Stars burst in the heavens, music played and a cleaning machine was born. On our first floor, we have carpet on half of it. I was so surprised. This little baby worked on the shag carpet perfectly! It picked up all of the pieces hiding in my brown flecked carpet and it was really easy to take off the receptacle where everything is swept up and retrieve what we wanted to keep. Genius, I tell you!
Since this sweeper arrived in our house, our floors have not been cleaner – someone me, one of my two kids and even my husband, run this around some room every single day. It helps that I told my son he gets to keep any coins he happens to sweep up in the process.
